Technical Support

E-Clec-Tech is a site maintained by professional electronics technicians. We wish to convey our many years of knowledge, skill, and expertise out into the world. We have created this site to accomplish that. In our short time online, we have discoverd that this is a slow endeavor!

Currently we are in the process of developing our own products. As a way to showcase our talent and passion for robotics. This is a slow endeavor too!

While we develop our own products, we have chosen to resell "distribute" products manufactured by others. The same materials and products that we have used and enjoyed over the years, or have newly discovered ourselves!

So - what does all this mean? It means that we carry a lot of technical items that, on occassion, may need "technical support." E-Clec-Tech will attempt to provide as much technical support, on the products that we carry, as we possibly can.

Unfortunately, if you need more than cursory support, we will have to defer you to the manufacturer. This prevents inaccuracies on our part, and insures that uniform information is disseminated to all customers. After all; who would know more about a particular product than the manufacturer themselves?

In many cases, we have provided the manual or specification sheet in PDF format, for the product, that you can download and print out, or view onscreen. For most problems; this is sufficient. However, if you do need more help please feel free to contact us for any information you may need on any of the items that we carry. We will help you if we can, or provide contact information for the manufacturer of the product.
